COVID-19 protocols

According to recommendations from the CDC and Cal-OSHA, our doctors are continuing to wear masks. Some rare exceptions may be made at their discretion, based on each client's wishes and details of the visit such as location indoors or outdoors, who is present and their vaccination status, etc. We also expect continued mask wearing for anyone NOT vaccinated against COVID-19, especially for indoor settings.
Please let us know in advance who all will be present at the visit, as well as their vaccination status against COVID-19.
PLEASE let us know if anyone present has a dry cough, fever or any flu-like symptoms OR has had known exposure to the COVID-19 virus!!! We will have to consider an alternate person not living with you be present for the appointment and meet at another location.
Being able to provide this needed service for your beloved pet while maintaining the health of everyone involved is our top priority. News and information on COVID-19 continues to change and we will be adapting to those changes based on the advice of health experts and government mandates.
