Cancellation Policy: When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients in need. We understand that your pet's condition can change unexpectedly, so if you need to cancel or postpone, we respectfully request at least a 2-HOUR NOTICE by phone, text or email. If we arrive to your home and mutually decide to postpone the euthanasia, we feel that $250 is fair compensation for our time.
Bites and Rabies Testing: If your pet bites or has bitten any person (puncturing the skin enough to bleed) less than 10 days prior to euthanisation, we will be required to submit your pet's body to your local county health department for rabies testing. This will incur a significant additional fee for complying with this legal requirement.
